This is me. And I’m starting to think maybe I do too much for people because all I get in return is disappointment. I give 100% and get back 50%. I enjoy making people happy and would always give you the shirt off my back but sometimes I feel like it takes a toll on me. I dunno. Sigh.

I do my best thinking when driving, showering etc. So on my drive back tonight from NY I was thinking about why I don’t like being home in NJ. I think I’m terrified that being home for long amounts of time will make me go backwards. That all the progress I’ve made since leaving will dwindle down to the insecure and lost dude I was in high school. Every street corner reeks of memory. Weird.
